The Cricut Crafting Holiday Adventure is a festive extension of our Cricut Crafting Adventure brand—blending creativity, culture, and cozy holiday magic.
✨This immersive three-day online event invites crafters to “travel” through six of Europe’s most enchanting Christmas markets, each inspiring a collection of Cricut-friendly projects like ornaments, gifts, and holiday cards. ✨
Just like our other adventures, it’s designed to spark imagination, build skills, and bring our community together… but this time with some twinkling lights, mulled wine (optional), and a passport full of handmade cheer.

How We'll Make the Holiday Magic- Together!
You’ve already seen how much magic happens during a Cricut Crafting Adventure—and this holiday edition takes everything you love and gives it a festive, boutique-style twist.
While the format will feel familiar, this experience is designed to be more immersive, curated, and intentionally cozy. We’re focusing on high-quality, project-forward videos led by standout creators in the Cricut niche—like you—who can draw not just from your crafting expertise, but also from the rich traditions and seasonal charm of each location.
The shorter three-day format helps keep energy and excitement high from beginning to end—and we’re layering in extra touches to surprise and delight attendees, like printable crafting passports, festive recipes, exclusive downloads, and cozy live check-ins along the way.
This isn’t just another summit—it’s a full-on holiday crafting escape that will leave our audience feeling creatively recharged, culturally inspired, and completely immersed in the magic of the season.
The Basic Overview
The Cricut Crafting Holiday Adventure will feature recorded crafting presentations each day from our incredible speakers. Attendees will be able to watch each presentation for free within 24 hours of when it airs on the event platform.
- Presentations should demonstrate to viewers how to create the project from start to finish.
- Each presentation will include a free, original crafting template (design) that will be available to attendees for 24 hours.
- Speakers (“Tour Guides”) and attendees (“Adventurers”) will have a Facebook group to interact in.
- Before the event begins, you’ll be given the day and time your event will air.
- You will have the opportunity to earn affiliate commission by sharing the event VIP Pass with your audience (more on the VIP Pass in a bit!).

Each of the six featured Christmas markets in this adventure has its own unique charm, traditions, and crafts.
From the colorful nativity scenes of Kraków to the lace details of Strasbourg and the cozy Nisse gnomes of Copenhagen, every market offers creative inspiration for your Cricut crafting project!

1. Copenhagen, Denmark
The Tivoli Gardens Christmas Market in Copenhagen is unique because it’s set within one of the world’s oldest and most magical amusement parks, transforming the iconic Tivoli into a winter wonderland.
The market is renowned for its enchanting atmosphere, with twinkling lights, festive rides, and beautifully decorated stalls offering Nordic crafts and foods.

2. Krakow, Poland
The Kraków Christmas Market is a standout thanks to its enchanting location in the city’s historic Rynek Główny (Main Market Square), one of the largest and oldest medieval squares in Europe. Surrounded by Gothic churches, Renaissance buildings, and the iconic Cloth Hall, the market offers a fairytale-like atmosphere steeped in Polish tradition.

Visitors to this market are treated to the enchanting sight of the Rathaus (city hall) illuminated by thousands of lights, creating a breathtaking holiday atmosphere that feels like stepping into a winter fairy tale. Incorporating candlelight or even fairy lights into your project would be magical!
From Baroque to Bright White: Your Viennese Crafting Itinerary
Where elegance meets candlelight concerts and the classic Christmas charm of the Austrian Alps.
Examples to Help You Visualize It:
Ornament: Baroque-inspired paper filigree ornament with metallic accents, or create a layered paper ornament of an Alpine chalet, maybe depicting a chalet window opening up to the Austrian Alps.

The Magic is All in the Details
1. Basic Information & Project Idea 🧐
We can’t wait to feature you on our speaker page! We’ll ask for your name, a short bio, a photo, and links to your blog/website and social media accounts. We’ll also ask for a favorite holiday treat (feel free to share a cherished family recipe or just your favorite treat idea, and we will research the recipe) to share with the attendees, just for fun! Who doesn’t love a new holiday recipe?!
We’ll also want to know what project you’ll be creating and sharing with the Adventurers, and which Cricut machine you’ll be using (Cricut Maker 3, Maker, Maker 4, Explore 3, Explore 4, Explore Air 2, Joy Xtra, Venture, Joy, or Joy Xtra). Don’t worry, we’ll send you a form to easily collect all of this data from you once you agree to go on this magical holiday journey with us!
2. Affiliate Info 💵
Crafting summits are a great way to earn affiliate income! All speaker affiliates will earn a 50% commission for each VIP Pass they sell using their affiliate links through their ThriveCart dashboard. Your basic info form will have a link to create your affiliate account.

4. Project Design or Template 🖼️
Our Adventurers will be so excited to create your holiday projects using your original crafting templates! Please provide your crafting template in SVG or PNG format so attendees can use it to make your project.
Also, as speakers in several summits, we’ve heard from attendees that they would really like to have a commercial license for the free craft templates included for VIP Passholders. This is something that will help you sell more VIP Passes as affiliates, too. Don’t worry, we will ask your permission during the speaker information collection process.
5. VIP Pass Contribution 🎁
The VIP Pass will offer many “holiday travel rewards” to our Adventurers!
Fair warning: We will incorporate as many cheesy travel-themed words as possible into this Speaker Information Page. We can’t help ourselves! 😂

6. Promo Period 📆
The 2-week promotional period for the Cricut Crafting Holiday Adventure will start at 9:00 am EST on Monday, October 8th.
You can tease it in the week leading up to the promo in your emails, but please refrain from sharing details (or links) until after 9:00 am EST on Wednesday, October 8th. Unfortunately, early link clicks won’t be recorded.
7. Social Media Promotion 📲
We encourage you to begin sharing the Adventure on social media starting October 8th. During the promotion period from October 8th to 23rd, we request that you email your entire subscriber list at least once and promote the Event at least twice on your most active social media account.
Remember, you have the opportunity to earn more affiliate revenue by frequently sharing information about the event across multiple platforms.
We’ll also be providing you with social media marketing tools. You can see more on this below.
8. Giveaways (Optional) 🛍️
This was one of the BIGGEST benefits for our speakers, and according to our speakers, REALLY made our event worth participating in.
Why? Offering giveaway prizes to attendees is a great way to increase brand awareness, grow your social media following, and expand your email list.
Participating in our giveaway is optional, but highly encouraged. All that’s required is for you to provide the prize and an email opt-in page where you can promote your giveaway and your business.

9. Facebook Group Participation 📌
We will have a free Facebook group for all Adventurers, providing a great platform for you to connect with fellow attendees. We kindly request that you join the Facebook group before the official promotional period begins on October 8th and that you are available in the group to answer questions on your presentation day.
If you’d like to engage more in the Facebook group, please feel free to do so! As speakers for past summits, we’ve really enjoyed interacting with event attendees inside the groups. You can be as cheesy as you want – we won’t judge.
And it’s an extra perk for you as a Speaker! You can use the group to get in front of a large, shared audience and help attendees get to know, like, and trust you in a variety of fun ways, such as creating a video introduction of yourself and your workshop.
(This is an opportunity to showcase special products you use and mention your paid product or opt-in again.)
